What shipped

Everything here is live in the product today. Newest first.

October 2026

  1. Platform

Caller data stays out of analytics and error logs

Phone numbers, credentials, caller details and Q conversations are stripped before anything reaches product analytics or error tracking.

  2. Plan data

    Special Needs Plan enrollment trends

Enrollment trends now split by D-SNP, C-SNP and I-SNP, month by month, in the API and in the plan data tools. CMS-suppressed cells stay empty instead of being guessed.

  3. Plan data

    Plan impact, nationwide

See which plans end, shrink or change next year across the whole country, filtered by carrier, state or Special Needs Plan type, with totals on top. It reads the CMS crosswalk, so a renumbered plan is followed to its successor.

  4. Plan data

Benefit detail from the source files

Plan benefits now come straight from the CMS benefit files: Part D costs by tier and pharmacy, prior authorization and out-of-network costs, routine vision and hearing, dental service by service, and extras such as acupuncture and wellness programs.

  5. Plan data

Plan data in your AI assistant

Connect plan data to any AI assistant that speaks MCP. Sign in with your TapQuality login or make your own read-only token in Settings. The tools cover plans, benefits, star ratings, enrollment, county rankings and next year’s plan changes.

  6. Plan data

2027 plans, the day CMS posted them

Contract year 2027 plan data loads next to 2026, so you can compare this year and next side by side. Summary of Benefits and Evidence of Coverage documents are collected as carriers publish them.

September 2026

  1. Voice AI

    No transfer without a screen

If the voice agent can’t start, the call no longer falls through to a direct transfer unscreened. Agent versions now activate and recover more safely in the builder.

  2. PartnersRing pools

Reporting for call sources that don’t ping

Sources that publish tracking numbers instead of pinging now get a full call log with date ranges, filters, totals by campaign and number, a download, and the reason any call didn’t pay. Calls to their numbers carry the source even with no live visitor session.

  3. Partners

    Invoices per source

Each source gets one settled invoice per period, built from the same ledger as your bill, as JSON, CSV or PDF. Disputes start from the same numbers on both sides.

  4. Bidding

Clear rules when a bid is dialled more than once

Partners sometimes dial one bid’s number several times. Every leg now gets its own record and settles by stated rules (bid age, caller ID match, retries), each with a reason code you can read.

  5. AnalyticsBidding

    Why a call didn’t bill

Every call that didn’t bill now records why, on auction calls and tracking-number calls alike: too short, a repeat caller, outside your area or hours, an expired bid, a caller ID that didn’t match.

  6. Analytics

    Call log download

Download the call log as CSV, with the source, sub-source and campaign behind each call. Search every call from one phone number.

  7. Analytics

    Caller quality by score band

The quality page shows how often your callers have shopped elsewhere, as a full distribution, and how calls perform in each band.

  8. Bidding

    Faster bids

Fewer round trips and less work on every ping, on the path that decides your bid.

August 2026

  1. Analytics

Late sales still find their call

A sale your floor logs up to 30 days after the call now binds back to that call and its source, so slow-closing sales count toward the right partner.

  2. Ring pools

No bill for calls you didn’t agree to buy

Tracking-number calls from outside a campaign’s states and counties, or outside its schedule, no longer bill. A partner switching on a new region can’t charge you for it.

  3. Platform

    Live EnrollHere floor board

An add-on that shows who on your EnrollHere floor is free, on a call or away, next to the calls coming in, in four views.

  4. Platform

    Team invites, roles and permissions

Invite teammates, give them roles, and switch individual permissions on or off. Pending invites and removals are handled in Settings.

See it running on your own calls.
