Real-time bidding
Win the calls
worth paying for
TapQuality runs a blind, first-price auction on every partner call. Each ping is checked before you bid, and you pay your bid only when the call lasts long enough to bill. Set every lever yourself, or let Q suggest changes for you to approve.
Simulated call flow, illustrative rates
Before the bid
Every ping is checked first
A partner sends a ping. Before your campaign sees it, TapQuality runs these checks, then confirms the call fits your geo, schedule, source contract, and caps. Only then does the auction run.
Do-not-call and blocklist
Numbers on your do-not-call list or blocklist stop here. Blocklist numbers are stored hashed, not in plain text.
Duplicates
A caller who already reached you from the same source in the last 30 days never bills twice. To stop re-buying callers you have already paid for, bid them down or to zero.
Repings
We flag callers sent by more than one partner in the last 24 hours, so you can see when the same person is being shopped around.
Your floor
For EnrollHere queues, we check live agent availability before bidding. You don’t win a call nobody is free to answer.
Billing
Pay for calls that last, not calls that ring
You set how long a call must run before it bills, per campaign. If you don’t set one, it’s 90 seconds. Winning the auction costs nothing on its own. When the call crosses your mark, we charge your bid and write it to an append-only ledger.
Short calls, hang-ups, and wrong numbers that end before your mark cost you nothing. The bid you won holds its number for five minutes while the call starts.
Each call in the log shows whether it billed and, if not, why. You can check our math call by call.
Budget is held before you bid and taken when the call bills. Daily pacing spreads spend across the day, and concurrency caps stop you buying more calls than your agents can take at once.
Turn on our voice agent to screen callers before transfer. Answers from your landing-page form reach the agent first, so callers aren’t asked twice.
Built for Medicare
CMS plan data, built into targeting
Medicare Advantage plans change county by county. TapQuality loads CMS plan, benefit, star, and enrollment data, so you can aim your campaigns at the counties that fit what you sell.
State, county, and ZIP targeting
Target and bid by state, county, or ZIP. Your company schedule and geo footprint act as hard limits, so no campaign bids outside them.
Market segments
Build county sets from CMS plan data — carrier, star rating, SNP type, benefits — and attach them to a campaign or ad group.
County rankings
Rank counties more than 40 ways, using CMS enrollment and public county data such as Census ACS and USDA. 2027 plans are loaded beside 2026.
Two ways to bid
Set every lever, or set a target
Pick a bid strategy per campaign. Either way, you can read exactly how each bid was built.
Enhanced CPC
Set a base bid and stack modifiers on top. The bidder does exactly what you set, nothing more.
- Geo, daypart, source, sub-source, and audience modifiers
- Target any ping field, including blank values
- Dayparting in 15-minute blocks
- Bid on a share of pings to test a new source
- Short-term boosts that expire on their own
Target CPA
Tell us the CPA you want. Each bid is your target CPA × the predicted conversion rate × source quality. No black box: you can see every term.
- Conversion rates learned from the outcomes you send back
- A cautious mode that bids low when data is thin
- Q suggests experiments; you approve or dismiss them
- Every change logged, with point-in-time restore
Reporting
See what happened, and why
Follow every ping from bid to win to billable call. When a number moves, ask Q what changed. The auction is blind: you see your own bids and results, and no one sees yours.
Pings, bids, wins, and billable calls by hour, day, geo, and ad group, with CPA beside them.
Each call’s timeline, transcript, billing result, and who hung up first. Find a call by phone number or export the log to CSV.
Q works across your reports to explain what moved and propose changes. Nothing changes until you approve it.
Every campaign edit is logged. Restore a campaign to any earlier point in time.
